What's not to love about a mouth-watering, chewy, gooey chocolate chip cookie? I'll tell you - nothing! In my opinion, there isn't much that can top a good 'ole chocolate chip cookie. If sugar, fat, and calories were no matter, I'd eat them all day every day! I've got no shame whatsoever for the love I have towards this sweet treat.

If you find yourself in a crazy cookie craving, a chocolate chip cookie pie just might be what the sweet tooth doctor ordered. My favorite part about this dessert is that it requires zero oven time. That alone makes it a perfect summertime dessert! It also means that you have minimal preparation. Another win!

DIRECTIONS:

Set aside two chocolate chip cookies for garnish at the end of the recipe. In a small bowl, pour your milk. Dunk eight cookies, one at a time, into the milk and place in a single layer at the bottom of the pie crust. Spread 1/3 of the cool whip evenly atop the cookies.

Dip ten or eleven cookies, one at a time, in the milk and place them on top of the cool whip layer. Spread another 1/3 of the cool whip on those dunked cookies. Repeat this step a final time to create a third layer, ending with the remaining cool whip on top.

Crumble the reserved two cookies and sprinkle them on the top of the pie. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least eight hours before serving.
