Animal Rescuers Responding To A Call Find A Bag On The Side Of The Road. When They Look Closer They Realize The Heartbreaking Truth Of What Is INSIDE! [VIDEO]

On a rainy morning in Romania, rescuers with "Howl of a Dog" animal rescue center responded to a call from a local person who had been hearing baby animal cries in some bushes outside a village. 

When the rescue team arrived they began searching through the bushes on the side of the road; they were expecting to find a stray animal that had possibly given birth in the area. 

But, after some searching they came upon a white bag in the brush; they realized the baby animal cries were coming from INSIDE the bag! 

Moving quickly, they spotted two new born puppies trapped in the brush outside of the bag; they put the two puppies to the side in a blanket and began working on getting into the bag. 

Once the rescuers got the bag open they discovered FOUR more puppies inside; the puppies were freezing and still had their umbilical chords attached. 

Searching still further the rescuers found another puppy trapped in the grass not far from where they found the bag. 

The rescuers took the puppies to rescue center immediately, but unfortunately 4 of puppies passed away shortly after they arrived. 

But, there is a light in the darkness; the 3 other puppies survived and have made miraculous recoveries! 

The 3 puppies who have been named Taz, Bernie and Lizzie have all taken on their own unique personalities and are thriving! 

The rescue shelter even employed the help of an older rescue dog named Theia, in order to help socialize the puppies! 

Taz, Bernie and Lizzie are currently happy and healthy and awaiting their new forever homes with a loving family! 

These little fighters serve as a loving reminder for us all to help stop animal cruelty!
