Chicken is quick and easy meal staple for many families. It has the ability to take on a wide variety of flavors and can be the star of the dish or lay low and simply be an added bonus to your meal. You can grill it, fry it, boil it, or bake it. No matter how you spin it, it's always incredibly delicious!

In the hustle and bustle of daily life, it can be pretty easy to get stuck in a rut of cooking the same meals over and over. Why not use the same ingredients you have at home but mix things up in a new, flavorful way? This chicken bacon ranch bubble up bake is a tasty twist on a classic chicken dinner but in a wonderfully delicious way. When you bake chicken, ranch, bacon, cheese, and biscuits together in a casserole dish, how could you not end up with sheer perfection?

You only need a handful of ingredients and about thirty minutes to make this creamy, warm, cheesy chicken perfection. Check out the recipe below to see just how simple it is to make this version of a chicken casserole. This recipe comes with a warning, though: because of its creamy, cheesy qualities, it will disappear very quickly!

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken, cubed
8 oz. bacon, cooked, crumbled
1 1/4 c. ranch dressing
1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury Grands Homemade Refrigerated Biscuits
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
pepper, to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat over to 350 degrees. In a skillet, cook your chicken until browned. Line a 9X13 ungreased baking dish with the chicken. Add the bacon and ranch dressing and stir until everything is evenly coated. Season with pepper.

Separate your biscuits into the pre-cut shapes and cut each biscuit into 8 pieces. Evenly spread the biscuits across the top of the baking dish. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until biscuits are browned. Add your cheese on top of the biscuits and return to the oven for another 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.

There is room for modifications to this dish so feel free to add extra ingredients if you do so choose. I personally think this would be equally delicious if you added in broccoli and topped it off with sour cream. The possibilities are endless! How would you twist this recipe to suit your taste buds?
