‘Home Improvement’ Star Dead at 76

Mickey Jones, the man that changed so much in the entertainment world, has died.

On Wednesday, February 2017, Mickey Jones was announced dead from “long-term effects of a serious illnesses.” He was 76 years old.

Mickey was known for playing large roles in many popular shows and movies including “Vacation,” “M.A.S.H.,” “Total Recall,” “Tin Cup,” and “Home Improvement.” He also played drums for international superstars including The First Edition with Kenny Rogers and Bob Dylan. All together, he played in 36 movies and 25 television shows.

He was also well known for his role in “Home Improvement” with actor Tim Allen. Mickey played a likable character named Pete Bilker who was friends with Tim Allen’s character Tim "The Tool Man" Taylor. See a clip from the popular 1990’s sitcom below.

Mickey was in love with that art of entertaining people and loved his life of traveling to world to bring others joy. He toured the world with Bob Dylan and the tour will always be remembered as one of his most cherished experiences.
