Man Noticed His Horse Was Lonely and Depressed. What He Does Next is Bringing Smiles to Everyone on the Internet

It's always hard to say just how some friendships strike up, but the best ones always tend to be the most unlikely.

One owner had one horse named Rocky. He began to notice that after a while, Rocky's behavior became more lull and he seemed borderline depressed.

Anytime you see your animal behaving that way, it always breaks your heart just a bit because you never want to see your pets in any kind of pain, whether physical or emotional.

The owner couldn't stand seeing his poor pet like this and wondered if some companionship would cheer him up.

He soon decided to adopt a rescue dog named Callie. Little did he know, that was JUST what Rocky had been missing all along.

All he wanted was a friend!

Not long after getting Callie, the two became inseparable.

The owner said that the animals spend at least a couple of hours each day playing together. Callie always begs to get out of the house and play with Rocky.

When Rocky whines, Callie takes off running towards him, tail wagging all the way.
