This is not your typical case of trespassing. Security cameras are supposed to catch 'bad guys' in the act but these cameras in Louisiana didn't catch a burglar but a little boy in the act of doing something sweet. A little boy was caught on home security cameras entering his neighbor's garage not to steal anything but.... surprise, to hug their dog. Hollie Mallet, the homeowner, was reviewing her security video and was shocked. "This little boy loved our dog so much that he just wanted to steal a quick hug," she told Inside Edition.
She posted the video on Facebook with this caption, "Attn Neighbors! Anyone know who this sweet little boy is? Every now and then when he rides his bike he will quickly come and love on my dog or play fetch real quick, but always leaves quick like he doesn't know if he should be here! I'd like to tell him he's welcome to stay and play, she loves the attention!"
She got a response from his mom saying," Last night when I first saw it, I was torn as a momma of being happy and upset because he knows he shouldn't be on someone's property." There is a reason for the "drive-by love hugs" Josh's dog, Bella died a year ago.
Josh does not need to sneak into the garage any longer, as Mallet has invited him to play with Duchess anytime he wants. Now, Josh and Duchess are Best Friends!
