No-Bake Salted Caramel Cups Will Be a HIT at Your Next Party! [VIDEO]

Everyone LOVES to eat sweets...that's a given. Sometimes, making the sweet treats can be a little tedious. You have to make, bake, and sit and wait for things to cool down before moving along to the next step. Sometimes, a few dedicated hours are involved.

What do you do when you don't have time for a recipe like that? It's simple! You pull out a trusty no-bake recipe and you'll be out the door in no time!

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 c. rolled oats
1 1/2 c. pecan halves
1/2 c. pretzels
8 whole medjool dates, pitted
2/3 c. coconut oil, melted
pinch of sea salt
1 c. thick caramel
2 c. chocolate chips, melted
sea salt, for topping

DIRECTIONS:

To make the crust, pour your rolled oats and pretzels in a food processor and pulse until everything is in small pieces. Add the dates, coconut oil, and a pinch of sea salt to the mixture and blend. Chill mixture for 15-20 minutes.

While it is in the refrigerator, prepare your chocolate in a double boiler, melting until smooth. Scoop your chilled oat mixture into a muffin tin, pressing down so that there is a small well in the middle of each.

Scoop caramel filling into each center, filling up the well. Scoop melted chocolate onto the top of each up. Top with a sprinkle of sea salt and chill until solid.
