Getting yourself to the gym is just half the battle. The other half is perfecting your skill. You have to make sure you are doing each exercise correctly so it will be effective and you won't injure yourself - trust me, that's the last thing you want to do. It is highly important to make sure your form is correct to avoid injury and to get better results.
