Remember being little and going to big family reunions? Everyone is extremely friendly and greets you with a hug, whether you see them frequently, a couple times a year or even if they have never met you! It's a good feeling because you automatically know you are with your family and you definitely feel the love!

Animals feel the love of family too! Baby elephant Dok Geaw was rescued by the Thai Elephant Conservation Center after they tried to save his mother, who was worked as a logging elephant and developed an infection after his birth. Sadly, she passed away when he was just four months old.

Dok Geaw was raised for over a year by rescuer Khun Kanjana Silpa-archa at the TECC, who helped provide for his nutrition and attention that he needed.
