Stray Mother Dog Notices Something Strange in an Alleyway. When She Looked Closer, Her Motherly Instincts Sprang into Action

You've commonly heard heroic stories about how humans have miraculously saved animals in peril. It's always so amazing to see how humans come in at just the right moment and save helpless animals from peril.

Animals, more often than not, don't possess the ability to get themselves out of certain situations and thankfully, that's where the loving assistance of humans come in handy.

On a rare occasion, you'll hear stories about how the reverse scenario happens and animals are the heroes.

One example is where this adorable dog named Patches saved his family from a deadly house fire. Another is of a dog named Duke who heroically saved this young infant's life when she stopped breathing.

Here we have yet another story of an astounding animal coming to the rescue of a helpless human. This time, the human in danger is an abandoned one month old baby.

A stray dog in Argentina named Way is the epitome of the unbelievable affection and heroism that special animals can possess.

While wondering around an alley, Way came across something quite peculiar.

She happened upon a tiny, abandoned human baby out in the frigid cold, seeming left intentionally. Way, a mother of her own little puppies, was overcome with a wave of maternal instincts.

Apparently, this little infant was left intentionally to die all alone in the bitter cold by her mother.

Nearby resident, Alejandra Griffa heard the pitiful cries from the estranged infant in the early hours of the morning, alerting city officials.

Authorities say that the baby's life was only sustained due to the little dog's body heat keeping him warm throughout the night.

Watch this video below from an Argentinian newscast to see just how amazingly heroic this little stray was.

How anyone could think that animals are heartless creatures is beyond me. Without the swift, motherly actions of Way, this little baby surely would not be alive today.
