Going on safari has always been one of the things on my bucket list. Something about going out and seeing all the wild animals up-close is just so intriguing. When my wife and I were on vacation we went to Disney's Animal Kingdom and did their version of a safari.
It was so much fun but was missing something. Maybe it was the danger factor of a real safari. The tourists in this story see something while out on their safari that they will remember forever.
One day, tourists in India decided to take a tour of the jungle and open plains. They loaded up two caravans and set out on their safari adventure. They saw a plethora of wild animals and were having an absolutely thrilling time.
In a particularly calm part of their trip, the tourists were taking it easy when all of a sudden a young Tiger appeared. The tourists were shocked but excited to see such a beautiful creature so close. The Tiger was in full flight, chasing something that the tourists could not quite see.
The tiger weaved this way and that way trying to catch the unknown prey. The people in the trucks could not believe what they were seeing. When they signed up for the Safari, I don't think anyone expected this much excitement.
As the tiger got closer, some of the people started to get nervous. What if the tiger lost interest in whatever it was chasing and noticed the larger prey sitting right in front of them. Fortunately for the tourists, the tour guides were well prepared in case of emergency, and besides the tiger seemed far too interested in whatever he was chasing to notice anything else.
As the Tiger came closer, the tourists finally saw the prey it was chasing. It was a small Langur monkey. The tourists were sure that the Tiger was trying to eat the tiny monkey, but then the monkey turned around and faced down the Tiger. CLICK "NEXT PAGE" TO READ THE REST OF THE STORY...
