Everybody loves Bambi, right? When I was a kid I loved the movie so much and would watch it at least once a week for probably an entire year. To me, there is something so adorable about a baby deer, also known as a fawn. Like Bambi, these baby deer are a sight to see. Especially, if you get a chance to catch a glimpse of them in the wild.
One woman got an up close and personal encounter one night during a storm. This woman, who is a deer lover, takes care of several wild deer in her back yard who have been abandoned and have nowhere else to go. Recently, she found herself in close quarters with a few of these babies. The woman was getting her house ready for the incoming storm when she went out in the yard and left her back door open. When she returned to her home, she found three baby deer all comfy and cozy in her living room. The fawn's had sought shelter and her living room was the perfect place.
This is what the woman said about what happened that night, “I raise orphaned wildlife. Recently, the back door was open as a storm was coming. The deer were nowhere to be found. Went inside, was heading to the front door, only to see them next to an end table in the living room. Told them they could sleep in the house for the night because it was going to be nasty.” That is just too cute. This woman obviously loves her precious “pets” and would do anything to keep them safe.
