3-year-old Hannah Wesche died on March 11, three days after she was airlifted to the hospital. She’d been in the care of her 35-year-old babysitter, Lindsay Partin when she passed out. Partin called 911, telling the dispatcher that “She fell really bad yesterday when we were playing here in the garage, and she has a bruise on her face and on her chin, and I thought she was fine.”
When Hannah arrived at the hospital, staff noticed that Hannah was covered in bruises all over her body and began to doubt Partin’s claims. Hannah’s family members said that Hannah had a black eye, and it looked like she had been punched and knocked out. Before passing away, doctors had been forced to remove part of her skull because of her the swelling in her brain.
Partin has been arrested and was charged with endangering children and felony assault, but with Hannah’s passing, she will now also face a murder charge. Hannah’s life was taken from her by someone she should have been able to trust in a horrible injustice. This beautiful little girl had her life taken from her, and now her parents will be forced to live without her as well. Please, keep this family in your thoughts and prayers as they face this horrible loss.
This is a horrible story, and we know that sometimes we need a reminder of the good in the world after a horrible time like this, so be sure to check out the video below!
