This is not a drill and, no, this is not a dream either. Goat yoga is a real thing and it's becoming wildly popular all across the country.
These little adorably spunky creatures are full of life and definitely spice up any workout routine.
The original creator of Goat Yoga classes, Lainey Morse, said, "Goats are perfect for the yoga practice because it's not only combining nature and animals, it's combining yoga, and they all go together so well."
I couldn't have said it better myself. Her goat yoga classes in Albany, Oregon, have become so popular that there is a 1,200 person wait list!
I don't know about you, but this is something I would definitely want to sign up for, at least once!
