America's First Lady, Melania Trump, was admitted to Walter Reed National Military Medical Center near Washington, DC. After several instances of a bizarre pain in her stomach, it was determined that Melania was in desperate need of surgery.
CNN revealed that Melania had been experiencing pain in her stomach for some time, but had no clue as to what was causing it.
At only 48-years-old, Melania revealed that she was suffering from a kidney concern and that she would need immediate surgery. Only minutes later, the First Lady was prepped for surgery.
It was later learned that her issue was "benign" but that serious surgery was necessary. The surgery itself was said to be successful, however, she will be required to remain in the hospital during recovery.
Official correspondent, Stephanie Grisham, shared Melania will be in the hospital for at least a week. She may be in pain and must be monitored during the recovery, as it's possible that something might need immediate medical attention.
President Trump was reported to remain at The White House during his wife's surgery, although he will be visiting her later in the day so he's there when she wakes up.
Please join us in prayer has the pain Melania was experiencing was severe and her recovery will be undeniably difficult! We hope for a speedy recovery!
