With all eyes on the upcoming royal wedding between Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank, big sister Beatrice has been under the radar for the most part. Like a good maid of honor, the elder daughter of Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson has been a supportive friend to her little sis as the wedding plans move ahead toward the October 12th event.
Although nothing has ever been said, we can only imagine that it must be difficult for an older sister to watch her younger sister get married first.
And with Princess Beatrice having just celebrated her 30th birthday, there has to be a bit of melancholy mixed in with the happiness she feels for Eugenie, 28.
At least one member of the Royal Family took notice and stepped in to do something about it.
"On Sunday, the Royal was spotted attending the Sunday church service at Crathie Church in Aberdeenshire – a few minutes' drive away from her official residence, Balmoral Castle.
"Beatrice was pictured in the back of the car dressed in a black hat and coat, while the 92-year-old Monarch sported a blue dress coat with a matching hat.
Beatrice's dad, Prince Andrew, was also in attendance, spotted in a suit in the front seat of the chauffeur-driven vehicle.
Hello! Reports “The Queen, who is enjoying her break with husband Prince Philip, typically stays in Scotland until September. Members of the royal family are expected to fly in throughout August and September to visit the monarch, including the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
“When Prince William and Kate go to Scotland it will be one of the rare times that the Duchess is seen out in public. Kate is currently on maternity leave, and is not expected to undertake any official duties until October.
"The family are currently staying in their country home, Anmer Hall, in Norfolk, following a holiday in Mustique with the Middletons last month.”
The Queen never ceases to amaze us in her graciousness, kindness, and astuteness. She caught wind of a little discontent in one of her beloved grandchildren and that's all it took for her to step in and make their time together a very special and memorable occasion.
