S'mores Poke Cake Brownies are the NEXT best thing to sitting around outside a toasty campsite. S'mores poke brownies are definitely a step up from traditional brownies with their creamy marshmallow creme, hot fudge sauce, crumbled graham crackers and toasted mini marshmallows.
And if you love poke cake, this will ALSO be a huge hit for you! The holes allow the warm marshmallow sauce to seep into the brownie, making each bite extra sweet and gooey.
Also, the toasted mini marshmallows make it seem just as though they came straight from a campfire.
1 box Better Crocker Fudge Brownie Mix, with ingredients needed
1 c. marshmallow creme
3 tbsp. water
1 jar (12 oz.) hot fudge topping
1 c. crushed graham crackers
2 c. mini marshmallows
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray baking pan with cooking spray. Prepare brownies as directed on the box and let cool for 30 minutes.
Using a wooden down,, poke hole in brownies, about 1 in. apart, pushing all the way down to the bottom of the pan.
In a small microwavable bowl, microwave marshmallow creme uncovered on High for 30 seconds or until softened. Add water; stir until smooth and pourable. Pour marshmallow mixture over brownies and let stand for 30 minutes.
Spread half of the hot fudge topping over brownies. Top that with the crushed graham crackers and mini marshmallows.
Set your oven control to broil. Broil marshmallow topping 4 to 6 inches away from heat for 2-3 minutes or until the marshmallows are lightly browned.
