Carried Underwood Reveals Truth Bomb About Baby #2 And Now Moms Everywhere Are Cheering Her On

December 21, 2018

Americano Idol winner and country sweetheart, Carried Underwood, is coming clean about her second pregnancy.

The “Jesus Take The Wheel” singer is well underway in her second pregnancy with husband former hockey superstar, Mike Fisher. The two have been married for eight years and have a three-year-old son named Isaiah.

After a rocky 2017 and 2018 (Carried suffered from two miscarriages and experienced a traumatic fall), Carrie announced the baby news that she and Mike were officially expecting another baby!

Thrilled to become a mama again, Carrie began sharing more openly about her second pregnancy and revealed some of the quirks to carrying a child.

While Carrie’s had a rather smooth pregnancy, she’s suffered from pregnancy insomnia. After one too many nights of staying up way too late, Carrie shared about her struggle with insomnia online. The singer took to Twitter where she made an all too relatable confession.

At 2:29 AM on December 21st, 2018, Carried tweeted, “Dear pregnancy insomnia, Please go bother someone else... like dad. Go bother dads. My husband sleeps so soundly and peacefully, and I’ve been awake for 2 hours (so far).”

She added, "How is this fair?" she added. "Imma lose my mind!"

Carrie’s please must have resonated with other moms because, within just a couple hours, the post had over 15,2000 likes and nearly 600 comments!

When she woke up, she admitted that staying awake wasn’t her only problem- Carrie had a shopping probably too!

She said, “The worst part about insomnia = waking up this morning to see what I bought online while I was up. I just realized I spent over $600 on makeup. 🤦‍♀️ #SeemedLikeAGoodIdeaAtTheTime
#HelpMe #TakeAwayMyShoppingApps #ButThereWasASale”

Hey- at least there was a sale! Insomnia is difficult, but hopefully, she got some good deals on makeup! And maybe her insomnia is good practice for her newborn. After all, she’ll be a lot once the baby arrives.
