Scott Brickhouse, a Chick-Fil-A franchise owner, noticed that when he was taking care of his four boys alone, it was really difficult to get the whole group settled down for dinner, especially at a loud restaurant.
"I have four boys. They are great boys, but when Mom is not around, it can be challenging," Brickhouse said.
Since he felt he was not alone in this great parenting struggle, he decided it was time to do something about it.
His brilliant idea? The Mom Valet.
What is this exactly, you might ask?
With the Mom's Valet program, parents can place their order through the drive-thru, go park their car, and arrive inside with a table all ready for them, highchairs and all.
"Who does that?!" said Jen Overholt, mom of seven. "You can't even go to a restaurant and get it that fast and easy. I thought he was a genius with that idea!"
While we can't guarantee it will eliminate crying fits and food throwing, we CAN guarantee it will give moms a bit more peace of mind and ease as they venture out to eat with their littles.
Our hope is that it continues to catch on and this service is provided at ALL Chick-Fil-A locations nationwide!!
