Colorado Toddler At Center Of Amber Alert Drowned

March 27, 2018

Nain Dominguez was playing with his older brother at a local park when he disappeared. He was least seen at 5pm on March 17 and by 5:40 pm he had been reported missing. At 9 pm that evening, an Amber Alert was issued by police and they were searching a white van in connection in his disappearance.

By 7 am the next morning, they had canceled the Amber Alert and found little Nain, gravely injured. They rushed him to the hospital to try and save him, but mere hours later, Nain passed away from the injuries. Police did not reveal Nain’s cause of death for days as they investigated his disappearance.

Police have finally declared the case closed as they revealed his cause of death. Nain’s death was not the result of a criminal act as they first feared, he accidentally drowned. When emergency crews found him, he had been lying next to the creek. Please keep Nain’s family in your thoughts and prayers as they deal with this loss that they should never have had to face.

This is a horrible story, and we know that sometimes we need a reminder of the good in the world at a time like this, so be sure to check out the video below!
