Superstar of ‘The Temptations’ Dead At 74

The man, the myth, the legend, Dennis Edwards, died on February 2, 2018. He was 74 years old. He died one day before his 75th birthday.

Dennis was admitted to the hospital previously for a serious illness only five days prior to his death. His friend, Ken Bedford, shared that Dennis was in the hospital and needed prayer, however, the details of his illness were spared.

As of now, his illness is still being kept private. His family and friends are grieving for his life both publicly and privately. The world is saddened by this loss.

Dennis Edwards is known and loved as the lead singer of The Temptations, an American Soul and R&B band that was popular during the late 1960s and into the late 1980s.  During their time as a singing group, they won several awards including Grammys and American Music Awards. In 2013, they won a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award.

Today, the world is celebrating Dennis by remembering his loving and kind spirit.
