Dog Sings Along To Opera Classic ‘Ave Maria’ And We Can’t Help But Think It’s Almost Better Than The Original

March 07, 2018

Dogs are special for so many reasons; they’re loyal, they’re brilliant, they’re intelligent, and they’re downright hilarious. This dog is all of those things and then some!

Meet Uma! She’s lovable dog shepherd mix that loves performing for her owner, Natalia. Whether it's playing fetch or doing tricks for treats, Uma will do just about anything to make Natalia smile.

One thing Uma absolutely loves to do is sing along to opera music. And since Natalia is an opera lover herself, Uma finds herself hearing and singing along to the classics quite often. Just like in this video!

Natalia was recording herself sing the ever classic Franz Schubert “Ave Maria.” Natalia begins singing the song. Her sound is powerful and absolutely beautiful. But it doesn’t take long before Uma decides she wants to sing too!

Just after Natalia begins Uma perks up and lets out a boisterous howl.

With Uma’s talent, the song has never been entertaining! After the incredible duo, Natalia congratulates her on yet another stellar performance by saying “Very good” in Spanish. She smiles and pats Uma, “Muy bien, Uma! Muy bien!”

Check out the video for yourself and see Uma and Natalia in their rendition of the ever-popular song, “Ave Maria.” We love this version more because, well, Uma is singing it! Have you ever seen a dog singalong to a song so well?
