Double Amputee Defies Meningitis, Learning to Walk and Play Sports

Eight-year-old Logane Miller was diagnosed with a deadly strain of meningitis at a mere eleven months old. This terrible disease took both of her legs from below the knee and down. She was extremely lucky to have survived.

She has beaten all odds set against her, from learning to walk again to playing sports and learning to swim. Her goal is to become a sports superstar and with her strength and determination, anything is possible!
