Experts Suspect Queen Elizabeth Is Profoundly Influencing Kate’s Delay On Announcing Baby’s Name This Fascinating Reason

April 25, 2018

The Duke and Duchess’ third child was the talk of the town. Actually, it was the talk of the world! With nobody knowing the gender of the baby, Kate and William completely overwhelmed tabloids and publications with their third pregnancy.

On Monday, April 23rd, 2018, delivered a healthy baby boy in St. Mary’s Lindo Wing. Kate’s labor was reported to be smooth and quick and delivered right on schedule! The masses were thrilled to learn that she was given birth to another little prince.

News publications virtually came to a screeching halt as everyone awaited the first glance at the newest royal. Only seven hours (we still can’t believe it), The Duchess took her first steps outside onto the Lindo Wing steps and introduced the world to her new baby boy.

Kate looked absolutely radiant and it was hard to imagine that she had just given birth to her third child only hours before. With her prince by her side, Kate debuted her new son to the world in a sweet 2-minute photo shoot.

In the quick introduction, there was one question that was being asked over and over by the crowds: What’s his name? Kate and William smiled to each other and the crowd but ignored the question, leaving the masses without an answer!

It’s been more than days now and while Kate and William are enjoying some time with their newest little one, they have yet to share his name! Fans are getting anxious!

Kate Williams, a royal commentator for Britain's Radio 4’s, shared that this was not uncommon! She shared that the Royal Family rarely makes quick announcements, especially in the history of announcing names.

Remember when the Queen delivered Prince Charles? She shared: “When Prince Charles was born we had to wait a month!” My goodness! A month?! Her Majesty was clear that the name would not be released at the need of the people, but rather when she was ready! Is Kate taking a lesson from her grandmother?

The Duke and Duchess announced Prince George’s name and Princess Charlotte’s name a couple of days after their births as well, so a waiting period appears to be normal.

The royal source continues to share that she believes the newest prince’s name will be released no later than Thursday, April 26th, 2018. We’re hoping that’s the case! What do you think the new little prince will be named? Let us know in the comments!
