If you’ve seen anything online lately, you’ve likely read your fair share about the massive college bribery scandal involving Full House’s Lori Loughlin.
Loughlin and 49 others were hit with charges for being involved in a bribery scam in hopes of paying to get their children as front runners in some of the most elite colleges in the country.
Despite what they had assumed, they have finally been caught and the repercussions are catastrophic.
Loughlin and her husband, Mossimo Giannulli, reportedly paid $500,000 to have their children as recruits to USC. For someone with her kind of graceful track record, it came as a massive shock to her fans all across the country.
Just days after the news broke online, people began to speculate just what Loughlin’s Full House cast had to say in light of the whole fiasco.
Paparazzi caught up with one of the show’s leading men, John Stamos, as he was leaving a dinner. When confronted about his feelings toward the scandal, he knew just what to say.
He quickly uttered, “No comment,” and then shot them a peace sign before getting into his vehicle and leaving the scene.
Another group of paparazzi found another co-star, Jodi Sweetin, as she was in route to LAX. While no comment was officially confirmed, sources do state that Sweetin was visibly upset about the entire situation concerning her friend.
On March 13, the 54-year-old finally turned herself into the local L.A. police for her connection to the heinous scandal. USC did not address the exchange of money, but left a statement: “USC is in the process of identifying any funds received by the university in connection with this alleged scheme.”
It continued: “Additionally, the university is reviewing its admissions processes broadly to ensure that such actions do not occur going forward.”
While we may never know just what the future will hold for Loughlin and her castmate’s relationships, we do know that justice will be served one way or another.
