Here Is A Recipe For Your New Favorite Snack: Peanut Butter Cheesecake Balls
These Peanut Butter Cheesecake Balls are the perfect way to indulge in a decadent dessert without having to labor in the kitchen. Don't even bother with using an oven for this one because all they need is a little chill time in the freezer to turn into sweet perfection!
Peanut butter, chocolate, roasted peanuts, and soft cream cheese are all it takes to make these delicious treats. They're so simple that you'll be snacking away on these babies in no time at all!
The creamy cheesecake taste combined with Reese's peanut butter flavoring and crisp, chocolate exterior cause these balls to disappear within minutes. It's nearly impossible to eat just one!
INGREDIENTS:
16 oz. chilled cream cheese
1 c. creamy honey-roasted peanut butter
10 oz. chocolate candy melts
crushed honey-roasted peanuts (optional topping)
DIRECTIONS:
Place your cream cheese and peanut butter in a mixer and whip together using a paddle attachment. With a medium scoop, drop mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze for 1-2 hours or until the balls are solid.
Place your chocolate bits into a microwave-safe container. Microwave for 90 seconds or until chocolate is melted, stopping at thirty-second increments to stir.
Remove balls from freezer. Using a fork, dip the balls into the melted chocolate making sure to evenly coat all sides. Tap your fork on the side of the bowl to remove the excess chocolate. Place them back on the parchment paper and sprinkle with the crushed peanuts before the chocolate hardens. Refrigerate until time to serve.
