This time of year, I want any and everything seasonal. I’m all over the hot cocoa, festive decorating, holiday baking, and party-planning galore. The classic Christmas tune, “It’s the most wonderful time of the year” couldn’t be truer.
I think the reason I adore these celebrations to the utmost degree is because I love a good reason to shower my friends and family with as much love and adoration as possible.
Since cookies get their time in the spotlight during Christmas, it’s even more reason to try out some new and improved recipes to gift to your loved ones. While browsing the internet, I came across one cookie recipe that embodied all the delicious, gooey, comforting flavors you’d imagine for this time of year all wrapped up in a beverage-themed bite.
Meet Hot Cocoa Cookies, your new confectionary BFF. These desserts taste like they’ve been sent straight from the cocoa heavens and bring back floods of nostalgia with each and every bite. With these in hand, all you need is a big glass of milk, a cozy blanket, and a crackling fire in the fireplace to make one heck of a winter evening!
These would also be incredible gifts for teachers, co-workers, or loved ones just to bring a smile to their faces. After all, it’s the season to share the love and what better way than to aim to satisfy their sweet tooth! Check out the recipe below from Christi at Love From The Oven.
