On the morning of Monday, April 23, Duchess Kate Middleton gave birth to her third child, the fifth in line to the throne. Duchess Kate and Prince William happily posed for photos together as they left the hospital, giving the world it’s first glance at the adorable little royal.
One thing that’s been drawing the attention of Royal fans around the world, is the outfit that Duchess Kate chose to wear when she stepped out for the first time. She wore a bright red three-quarter-sleeve dress with a white collar, with pearl earrings.
The dress was designed by Jenny Packham, a British designer whose clothes she also wore after giving birth to Prince George and Princess Charlotte. I think it’s safe to say that Jenny Packham is certainly one of Kate’s favorite designers!
Not only does she look incredibly classy, but fans of the Royal family have come to the realization that her outfit is almost identical to what Princess Diana wore when she stepped out with Prince Harry for the first time!
While her clothing choice alone was enough to draw attention, for many, it was the fact that she matched them with pearls much like her late mother-in-law did!
Do you think that Duchess Kate picked that outfit to honor Princess Diana or was it merely coincidence?
