Your favorite Royal, Kate the Duchess of Cambridge, may be announcing another pregnancy in 2019. Of course, nothing has been confirmed by Kensington Palace, but several Royal insiders believe that the Duchess of Cambridge is hoping for another little bundle of joy sooner than later.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge currently have three adorable little ones: Prince George, 5, Princess Charlotte, 3, and baby Prince Louis who arrived in April 2018. Express shares that Royal experts from the Australian news outlet, New Idea host a podcast called, “Royals,” that suggest Kate will try to get pregnant sometime in 2019.
Getting pregnant in 2019 would give a similar gap between Louis as Prince George and Princess Charlotte. The two journalists who host the podcast, Rebecca Hyde and Angela Mollard, believe that Kate will go for a fourth child for two reasons: she loves being a mother and she wants Prince Louis to have a sibling bond similar to Prince George and Princess Charlotte.
While several assume that Kate’s HG (hyperemesis gravidarum), a severe condition that some women suffer from in pregnancy, would stop her from having another child, the “Royals” host confirm that her HG was much more bearable with Prince Louis. Since her third pregnancy was much more comfortable than the first, insiders believe Kate and William will try for a fourth.
Another hint that the hosts picked up on was that the Duchess is known to be a “conscious of status.” Mollard went on to say that in “many aristocratic circles in Britain, its a little bit of a status thing, being able to have four children and being able to afford it.”
While Kate doesn’t much seem like a status-climber, she does have an affection for Princess Mary of Denmark. Princess Mary has four children and she’s always “managed to be a pivotal member of the Danish royal family” which is something that Kate likely respects.
While there’s nothing confirmed, there are several sure signs that suggest Baby #4 for William and Kate! How exciting would it be to welcome another Cambridge?! Let us know in the comment section on Facebook!
