While Kate Middleton was in the hospital giving birth to the newest royal baby, Prince Louis, Princess Eugenie was busy moving into the Ivy Cottage at Kensington Palace with her fiancé Jack Brooksbank. This was a long awaited move that had been planned for two years!

Princess Eugenie’s move to Kensington Palace was delayed due to problems with the “damp” or water damage. It took about two years for the repairs to finally be completed, and now Princess Eugenie is a neighbor of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle!

The cousins now live extremely close to one another, and with the addition of Princess Eugenie and her fiancé moving in, there are now 15 high profile royals living at Kensington Palace! This is one palace full of hustle and bustle!

Prince William and Duchess Kate live in Apartment 1A with their 3 children, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle live in Nottingham Cottage, Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank live in Ivy Cottage, The Duke and Duchess of Gloucester live in Apartment 1, Prince and Princess Michael of Kent live in Apartment 10, and finally, the Duke and Duchess of Kent live in the Wren House!

While the Queen and Prince Philip may not live at Kensington Palace, they live only two miles away, so it’s always convenient for them to pop over and visit their family members!

At the rate the royal family is growing, it won’t be long until they need to look into how the apartments are arranged to fit in more royals! Either way, it must be nice to live so close to your loved ones!

This is a lovely story, and we thought we could follow it up with a video that is sure to get a smile out of anyone! We hope you enjoy the video below!
