When you are part of the Royal Family, you know the rule book up one side and down the other. While some of the rules might seem outlandish to those outside the palace walls, it’s mere common practice to them.
Young girls often dream what life would be like to live like a royal. Little do they know just what all it takes to do it and do it well. Meghan Markle is about to live said dream and all eyes are on her in sheer fascination. Before she marries into this family, she has a lot to learn.
Recently she went on a trip with Prince Harry to Edinburgh. As she walked through the crowds of onlookers, photographers captured images of her. Her attire, at first glance, seemed smartly put together. The modest coat with tailored pants made for a stunning choice. One item, though, was a bit out of sorts.
Her hunter green Strathberry bag was worn in a way not favored by the Royal traditions. As a rule, one must always carry a handbag. This prevents the ability to shake hands with others. The only time this is favorable is if the Royal extends his/her hand first.
Her bag was a far cry from this tradition. She wore the hunter green and gold-chained bag in a crossbody fashion. While this seems like a convenient way to carry a bag, it’s not the way a Royal or soon-to-be Royal should do so.
