Meghan Markle’s Recent Action Proves That She’s More Similar To Princess Diana Than We Thought

February 20, 2018

From the moment Princess Diana was born, she was meant to make an impact. She was a beautiful symbol of honor, grace, and loving kindness. Those that knew her on a personal level knew her to be the same in front of cameras and behind closed doors. The manner in which she treated others shone like a bright star, and that’s how she’s best remembered.

One could only imagine just how thrilled she would have been to see her eldest son’s beautiful and growing family and the recent engagement of her youngest son. In an interview, Prince Harry said he knew his mother would get along well with his fiance, Meghan Markle. “They would be thick as thieves!” he said chuckling.

One thing that set Princess Diana apart from many others was her love for charity work. She had a deep passion for helping others and for giving her time to aid those in need. Sadly, she was taken from us far too soon, and the world still mourns her passing to this very day.

One similarity that the bride-to-be has with her late mother-in-law-to-be is she, too, has a passion for charity work. Meghan and Prince Harry made a recent visit to those mourning the devastation and loss that occurred in the Grenfell Tower disaster.

Meghan has taken it upon herself to make numerous visits to acquaint herself with the various organizations and made efforts to support those affected by the tragedy. She, too, shares a deep love for her common man and is capable and ready to take on the duties that will accompany her new life.

It’s moments like this that make us feel proud of the bride Prince Harry chose. His mother would, indeed, be very honored to welcome her new daughter-in-law and to see her following in her footsteps would be all the more special.
