So many outfit changes, so little time!
That appears to the reason behind Meghan Markle’s latest mishap. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are officially halfway through their 76-stop tour Down Under. Just hours after announcing they were expecting their first child, Meghan and Harry jetted off to Australia where they’ve been constantly photographed and talked about.
This is the couple’s first tour, and while Harry has been in this “Royal Family business” for 34 years, Meghan’s journey as a royal has only just begun! The tour has been grueling, constant, and jam-packed- especially for the mama-to-be.
So far, Meghan has endured 20 outfit changes in just nine days- all of which have been highly criticized by Royal fans and critics. Every time Meghan makes a change to her outfit, her face and outfit is plastered all over the internet. Some people love what the Duchess wears while others just can’t wrap their heads around her fashion choices.
However, one outfit, in particular, has ushered a common consensus: Meghan Markle’s red dress debut while touching down in Tonga.
Meghan Markle looked absolutely stunning in a vibrant red dress (the Duchess is known for wearing mostly a monochromatic wardrobe) as she touched down in Tonga.
However, just seconds after stepping off the plane, Meghan was spotted debuting not only color but a major fashion mistake: the tag was still on her red dress!
Immediately, critics attacked Meghan for her dress’s tag! It wasn’t long before pictures of Meghan’s dress was plastered all over the internet! The mom-to-be wore a dress Self-Portrait featured embroidered floral embellishment and was in the same hue as the Tongan flag. And while she looked stunning, the only factor anyone paid any mind to was the tag!
I don’t know about you, but I can’t tell you how many times I’ve made the mistake of keeping a tag on my clothes. And while Meghan has an entire team of people primping her, this still seems like a common mistake. What do you think? Let us know in the comment section on Facebook!
