Meghan Markle is in the final trimester of her pregnancy and she’s starting to share her cravings!
The Duchess of Sussex is preparing to welcome a Spring baby in early May and has been rather private about her pregnancy experience. But on February 1st, 2019, Meghan admitted that she as craving something rather specific.
While out on a walkabout with Prince Harry, Meghan was greeted by a fan who practiced yoga. Captivated by the fan, Meghan asked, “What kind of yoga do you do?” Then the Duchess added, “It works for the mind and body, it’s so key.”
That’s when Meghan admitted, “A nice practice would be so fantastic right now.”
As a longtime yoga-lover and daughter of a yoga instructor (Doria Ragland), Meghan has been involved in yoga for several years. During an interview with Best Health Magazine in 2015, Meghan admitted that “Yoga was her thing.”
And while she hasn’t talked too much about her personal time and how often she practices, she did mention that she turned to yoga during the early stages of her pregnancy. Just days after announcing they were expecting their first child, the Duke and Duchess made their way Down Under for a 16-day tour. One morning, when Meghan woke up early due to jet lag (and likely Baby Sussex) and was unable to go back to sleep, she turned to yoga to help her get ready for the day.
Meghan has not confirmed whether or not she’s been practicing yoga in the later stages of her pregnancy, but one thing is for sure: she is definitely craving it! We wonder what else she’s craving?!
