Sugar, sweet and brilliant service dog has saved this young girl's life on multiple occasions. Maggie has been severely diabetic since she was three years old and has since received the help of a service dog to help monitor her condition.

One day, Maggie was at school and her service dog, Sugar, was at home. Sugar began to act very agitated and was acting out in an unusual behavior.

This behavior alerted the mother and she decided to call the school to check on Maggie and have them check her blood sugar. The school office reported that Maggie's blood sugar levels were completely normal and they had nothing to worry about.

Merely 20 minutes later, the school called back to alert her mother that Maggie's blood sugar levels had dropped to a seriously dangerous level.

If Sugar hadn't detected Maggie's drop in blood sugar, Maggie might not be alive today.

Thank the Lord for service dogs like Sugar!!
