Nothing puts a smile on my face quite like animals do. Whether it is my friend's dogs that I get to play with when I go over or simply watching a funny clip on Youtube, animals have always been able to bring me joy even on a bad day. The joy that animals bring humans, can only be matched by the happiness that humans bring animals. Such is the case with a veterinarian named Ross Henderson.

Ever since Ross was a little boy, he wanted to be a veterinarian. Ross grew up loving the veterinary field because his father was a well-known veterinarian. Ross' dad was his hero so naturally, he wanted to follow in his footsteps.

As Ross grew up he studied and learned all he could about being a veterinarian. He was well on his way to becoming just as good at his job as his father was. Ross, however, also had something else he was very passionate about. Music.

Ross had always loved playing guitar and singing. Music helped Ross through many rough patches in his life and he wanted to use music to help others. But, Ross was conflicted about which passion he wanted to dedicate his life to.

On the one hand, Ross wanted to dedicate his life to helping animals. By doing that he ensured the happiness of the people who owned the animals as well. On the other hand, Ross wanted to use music to inspire and heal people's hearts the way that only music could.

Ross looked to his family for advice but they weren't much help. Like any good mother and father, Ross' parents were supportive of whatever he wanted to do with his life. Ross' dad was happy that his son wanted to carry on the family business but also wanted his son to be happy in whatever he did in life.

With all of this in mind, Ross had an important decision to make. Would he carry on his father's amazing legacy, or would he strike out on his own to pursue his musical career? As he was pondering his decision, Ross was struck with a brilliant idea that would allow him to do both. The video on the next page will show you Ross' incredible life choice.
