Being a wildlife photographer might be one of the most exciting and unpredictable jobs on the planet. My case-in-point comes in the form of a photographer named Will Burrad-Lucas. Will gets the opportunity to capture life moments of an adorable Meerkat family. After six days of photography, the Meerkats get used to having Will around and proceed to put on quite a hysterical show.
The Meerkat babies are more than a little intrigued by Will's camera equipment and Will is more than happy to let the tiny critters have a closer look. The babies spend most of their time looking into the lens, trying to figure out what's behind it. Will is able to capture some lovely selfies with the little critters, and they have everyone smiling.
The hilarity continues when the mother of the rambunctious Meerkat children decides that the top of Will's head is the perfect vantage point for her to keep watch over her babies. Will, of course, obliges without hesitation and the mother makes camp on top of his head. This is a once-in-a-lifetime experience that Will is not soon to forget! Watch the video, below, to see Will's astonishing encounter for yourself.
