Life is at an exciting stage for the British royal family these days. All members of the family seem to be busier than ever before and, thanks to technology, we can follow along with their many ventures, appearances, celebrations, and milestones.
The world can’t seem to get enough of Prince William and Kate Middleton as of late, and it’s very evident as to why. They are the perfect power couple who continue to step out into the spotlight with effortless dignity and grace.
Not only have they won over the hearts of millions worldwide, but their offspring have certainly followed suit. Their eldest son, four-year-old Prince George, was an instant sensation from the moment he was born. His sandy blonde hair and charming grin are precious enough to melt even the hardest of hearts.
Their second child, two-year-old Princess Charlotte, already has all the qualities needed to become the ideal Princess. Her cheeky grins and joy for life are utterly contagious. It’s quite evident that her gestures are perfectly modeled after her mother, Kate.
Now with the third addition to the family, a precious little Prince, the world wonders just who he will take after. How will the family adjust to a third child? From reports given by Prince William himself, it seems as though the family has taken the addition in great stride. Yes, it is quite difficult during the early months as mom and dad learn the feeding and sleeping schedule of the little one, but in no time at all, things will be as smooth as ever before.
The rest of the family has been rejoicing with the new arrival as well. Many have wondered just how they feel about the little prince. Recently, Grandpa Prince Charles gave his feelings on the matter, and many people were unsure how to take it.
He and Camilla jointly released a statement shortly after birth to congratulate his eldest son and daughter-in-law. In a segment of the statement, he says: “We are both so pleased with the news. It is a great joy to have another grandchild; the only trouble is I don’t know how I am going to keep up with them.”
This came as a shock to many, especially those with a great number of grandchildren. For a 69-year-old, though, I think he’s done a swell job loving on his little grandchildren thus far and will do an equally magnificent job with the newest baby.
Our congratulations go out to the entire family as we join in with the celebration of the birth of the little prince!
