Prince George may be only five years old, but he is already making a name for himself by receiving a prestigious title usually reserved for adults. But his exceptionalism in this particular area could not be ignored, so officials went head and bestowed the honor on the pint-sized Royal, leaving those who think he is too young in the dust.
Ever since Prince George was born in 2013, he has filled the role of 'future king' to a T. Even though he isn’t yet aware of the fact that he will one day sit on the Throne, he still looks the part. His mom and dad, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have taken great care in how their boy appears to the world, and they have gone the extra mile to make sure there are no mistakes.
They have admitted to selecting clothing for their children that fit a rather 'classic' style so that when future generations look at them in photographs, the kids will look just how people would expect them to look - nothing too trendy or dated, but simple and time-honored.
Now Prince George’s sartorial style has caught the attention of editors at Tatler magazine, who have taken action to make sure the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge know just how much we all appreciate what they do to keep their little darlings looking so prim and proper.
In the just-published, ‘Britain's Best Dressed 2018: The Top 30’ the judges claim to have “covered miles of red carpet, attended hundreds of parties and judged thousands of images to reveal this year's best dressed”
And what do you know? Six members of Britain’s Royal Family made the cut! It’s not surprising to see names like the Duchess of Cambridge (Kate Middleton), the Duchess of Sussex (Meghan Markle), and the Duchess of Cornwall (Camilla Parker Bowles) on the list - they are.
After all, they have the very best stylists money can buy. Money isn’t the whole equation, however, although all the people on the list certainly have plenty of that, it also takes a certain sense of style, grace, and confidence that comes from being part of the most powerful family in the world.
And that's where precious Prince George comes into the picture. His darling yet classic style of shorts, knee socks, and little button-down shirts with Peter Pan collars have charmed the world gaining his the recognition he so richly deserves.
Insider puts it this way: "Among the 30-strong fashionistas to have made the list is five-year-old PrinceGeorge, whose patented shorts and long socks have captured the hearts of the public."
Other Royals on the list include Lady Amelia Windsor (granddaughter of the Duke and Duchess of Kent) and the Countess of Snowden (daughter-in-law of Princess Margaret, the Queen’s sister) who all look their regal best every time they appear in public.
As far as the little prince goes, only one question remains: How will he ever top this next year when he is an 'elderly' six-years-old?
