When you reach a particular age, you become bombarded with one question in particular: “When are you getting married?” If you find yourself to be single, your friends and family take it upon themselves to be your personal matchmaker in hopes of helping you attain true love. Nine times out of ten, things work out better when you go your own route in finding your forever love.
When you’re a member of the Royal Family, things are no different. Prince Harry was often sought out by many ladies because of his looks, charisma, charm, and his position as a Royal.
He was a suitable bachelor who could become a wonderful husband to a beautiful bride. Despite many attempts at playing Cupid, he managed to figure things out on his own and is on the fast path to marriage with Meghan Markle.
Before Meghan came along, he had many other opportunities for love. When the former president George W. Bush’s daughter, Jenna Bush Hager, realized his eligibility, she did what any good sibling would do: attempt to set up her sister, Barbara, with the Prince.
Jenna privately contacted Prince Harry and proposed the dating opportunity. This idea never set sail, though. Prince Harry wasn’t interested in dating the former first daughter and didn’t see her as a potential match.
It does make you wonder, would things have been different had the former first daughter been the bride-to-be of the Prince?
