Princess Charlotte is just three years old and already, the young royal is being groomed and prepped for a life of royal status. While she attends a private school and spends her time learns multiple languages, little Charlotte is still very much a little toddler girl.

Princess Charlotte’s dad, Prince William, shared that his only daughter is full of sass and character! He proudly dished that his little girl loves to dance and sing and is quite the performer- something that we can’t wait to see develop more as she grows up.

Fittingly, Charlotte’s name means “free man.” While the little royal’s name might mean free, it has a very distinguished tone- which makes us wonder if the little free-spirited toddler has a nickname…

As it turns out, Charlotte is one of the only members of the Royal Family to be left without a nickname!

Traditionally, nicknames for “Charlotte” include endearing names like Charlie, Lottie, Char, and Lotte. But shockingly, little Charlotte hasn’t been given a nickname!

Nearly every single member of the family has been given a nickname, with the exception of Princess Charlotte!

Her father’s nickname is Wills, her mother’s nickname while growing up was Squeak (as her sister, Pippa’s, nickname was “Pip”), and Prince George’s nickname is Georgie. Even the Queen has a nickname! Her Majesty is lovingly called “Gan-Gan” or “Granny” but her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

With little Charlotte being as charismatic as she is, you’d think she’d for sure earned herself a nickname by now! Perhaps she’ll get one later down the road! If you could pick her nickname, what would you want it to be? Let us know in the comments!
