Principal Player In Natalee Holloway’s Disappearance Is Fatally Stabbed During Botched Kidnapping

March 15, 2018

John Christopher Ludwick was stabbed by his own knife as he attempted to kidnap a woman on Wednesday, March 14. Ludwick is best known for claiming on a TV series to have buried and burned the body of Natalee Holloway, a teenager from Alabama who went missing in Aruba in 2005. Natalee’s body was never found, but Ludwick claims that Joran Van der Sloot, long suspected of Natalee’s murder, paid him $1,500 to dig up Natalee’s body and burn it.

Ludwick attempted to kidnap the woman as she left her driveway in Saint Petersburg, Florida. The two had formerly been roommates and Ludwick had become obsessed with her, and she had believed him to be stalking her. She had even mentioned his behavior on her social media accounts as she attempted to distance herself from him.

When Ludwick attempted to kidnap her, she fought back against him. He had brought a knife, and she managed to gain control of the weapon and used it against him. He escaped into a local wooded area, but police quickly tracked him down. He died at the hospital from his injuries.
This is a horrible story, and we know that sometimes we need a reminder of good in the world after a horrible time like this, so check out the video below!
