The ingredients are straightforward, minimal, and give you every single taste that fall has to offer in perfect, bite-sized portions. I will warn you, though, that once you have a taste, you’ll soon find it difficult to refrain from eating the whole batch.

¾ c. crushed gingersnaps, divided
¾ c. crushed graham crackers, divided
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 ½ c. melted white chocolate, divided
½ c. pumpkin puree
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Pinch of kosher salt
1 tbsp. Coconut oil
