INGREDIENTS:
16 oz. cream cheese (cut into 1-inch cubes)
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 lb. shredded mozzarella (about 2 c.)
4 oz. blue cheese crumbles (plus more, for garnish)
3 c. cooked shredded chicken
1/3 c. Frank's Hot Sauce (plus more, for drizzling)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped
DIRECTIONS:
Add all of your ingredients to your crock pot except for the parsley. Cook on HIGH For 1 1/2 to 2 hours or on LOW for 3 to 4 hours. You want the cheese to be perfectly melted.
Sprinkle in the parsley and stir it all together. Garnish with additional hot sauce and additional blue cheese crumbles. Serve with chips, mini toasts, or celery.
