In a new English documentary, Queen Elizabeth II is recorded making some surprising statements. The documentary, which is called The Queen’s Green Planet, will air on ITV in the U.K. on April 16th, 2018.

In the documentary, Her Majesty comments on England's environmental efforts. As the Head of the Commonwealth, Queen Elizabeth is over 53 countries and has become quite involved with their many environmental projects.

In the documentary, the Queen converses with the 91-year-old host, Sir David Attenborough. Together, the two stroll through the famous Buckingham Palace gardens while they reminisce about more simple times. The Queen has always had an appreciation for wildlife and nature. From the time she was little, the gardens have remained a place of comfort for her.

Whilst filming, Sir David and the Queen are interrupted by the sound of loud helicopters flying over London. As they're talking, the Queen makes a rather shocking comment!

She simply says, “Why do they (helicopters) always go around and around when we want to talk? It sounds like President Trump… or President Obama.”

Sir David and the Queen shared in a laugh at the comparison. While the comment was made in a joking fashion, it’s sparked quite a controversy online!

For her to make such a comment was shocking! Were you surprised by Her Majesty’s brash comparison of a noisy helicopter and US Presidents, President Donald Trump and former President Barack Obama?

We were not expecting her comment but we don’t think she meant any harm by it….Let us know what you think in the comments!
