The world just can’t get enough of those adorable royal babies! When the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge welcomed their third child Prince Louis on April 23rd, royal fans every well were giddy with elation.
Not to mention the frenzy leading up to the actual birth: Will it be a boy or a girl? What will they name it? When will it be born? No one can remain patient with such an exciting event on the horizon. The long-anticipated day finally arrived and we got to set our eyes on His Royal Highness Prince Louis Arthur Charles for the very first time. And what a thrill it was!!
Then came word that Duchess Kate’s younger sister, Pippa Middleton Matthews, is expecting her first child sometime in early Autumn. Another beautiful Middleton baby. Would it look like Prince George or Princess Charlotte?
Delightful images of cousins George, Charlotte, and Louis frolicking together with their new baby cousin on the palace lawn filled our imaginations.
Then, when Prince Harry and Meghan Markle tied the knot on May 19th, no one could deny the number one question in their mind.
When will the newlyweds start their own family? When can we expect to meet the possibly ginger-haired prince or princess of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex? We have been eagerly waiting for the official announcement from the Palace ever since, everyone CERTAIN that it will arrive any minute!
Now, we hear the joyful news of another royal baby’s arrival, and we have to admit we nearly forgot about this one in the midst of all the rest of the excitement going on! Mike and Zara (Phillips) Tindall's second baby girl made her arrival on June 18th.
How can we forget watching the only daughter of Princess Royal, Anne, struggle through her Royal obligations over the last few months, graciously smiling throughout her certain discomfort?
On April 1st, we were overjoyed to see the Royal Family arriving at Easter morning church service. There was Zara, in all her glory, where she even managed a curtsey to her grandmother the Queen.
Then, most recently, the wedding of Zara's cousin Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. As she and husband Mike Tindall sat in the back row of St. George’s Chapel, Zara seemed unable to find a comfortable position from which to watch the long-awaited nuptials.
She looked ‘ready to pop,’ yet had another month before her due date. Those of us who have ever been pregnant, know the interminable feeling of those endless last few weeks.
Well, now we are happy to report that the Tindalls’ wait is finally over. Their little girl has arrived, and their two-year-old daughter Mia has a baby sister.
“Buckingham Palace announced today that Zara and Mike Tindall have welcomed their second child, a daughter, yesterday on June 18, 2018 at Stroud Maternity Unit👶🍼💖

"The baby's name will be confirmed in due course.
