The Secret Is Finally Out About The Royal Baby’s Name And Prince Charles Has Everything To Do With It

April 25, 2018

If you're like the rest of the world and waiting on the edge of your seat for Royal Baby #3's name to be announced, sit back and take a deep breath.

It's now been days since the little prince was born and still, a name has not been announced. Media publications are going nuts waiting to hear the much-awaited name of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's newest arrival.

Kate did this same thing with her other two children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte; instead of sharing the name immediately, she let the world wait for two days. Perhaps, she's been taking lessons from the Queen who waited one whole month before sharing Prince Charles' name with the world!

On Wednesday, April 25th, two days after the royal newborn arrived, news broke that the reason for a long delay in announcing the baby's name was because of one very important person: Prince Charles.

Prince Charles- grandfather to the little prince- has had quite a busy schedule with royal duties. The grandfather has shared that he's absolutely delighted about the arrival of his newest grandson, although he hasn't met him yet.

Prince Charles is traveling in France at the moment and isn't expected to be back until late Wednesday evening.

Our guess is that the Duke and Duchess are waiting to publicly share their newest little baby's name with the world, but only after their grandfather meets him. Can you blame them?!

If you're in the United States, then plan on the royal baby's name being announced early Thursday, April 25th.

Prince Charles is making the world wait, but it's not surprising that the family wants to have some privacy with the whole ordeal! After all, the little prince might be named after Prince Charles himself! Wouldn't that be such a great honor!
