Tori Roloff of the hit televisions show Little People, Big World is going through some major challenges this year. After marrying one of the show’s stars, Zach Roloff, she found fame and a large community of fans.
Today, Tori and Zach own and operates an Oregon-based photography business. They also have a son, Jackson. As young newlyweds and parents, they share their lives casually to their fanbase of over 1.5 million people.
Tori married Zach, who like his parents have Dwarfism. Zach and his mother, Amy, share the same diagnosis- Achondroplasia. While Tori is average height, Zach is only 4’4”. Knowing that the could pass on the gene to their children, Tori and Zach decided to have children of their own. Jackson carries the same gene as his father.
Tori and Zach proudly share this journey with Dwarfism and how it’s affected their lives- both on the show and off the show. But in early 2019, Tori shared a rather confusing message to her 931K Instagram followers.
The young mom shared a picture of herself and her son, Jackson, with the caption: “Life’s just been challenging for me lately. Im entering a new season of life with really difficult things on my horizon and it’s hard to know how to navigate them. I know it’s just a season and I’m blessed to have people in my corner that rooting me on. Especially this kid. I’m praying 2019 helps me become a better wife, friend, mom, and follower of Jesus. 💪🏼❤️”
The posted yielded over 82,000 likes and sparked conversation of Tori’s struggles. Normally, the reality star only shares cheerful news, so to see something so vulnerable really concerned fans.
While she didn’t go into any major specifics about her struggles, she had thousands of fans commenting they were praying for her. Not knowing if she was struggling emotionally, mentally, or physically, or if the struggle was geared towards her family, fans left encouraging words on her post assuring her that she wasn’t alone.
We don’t know what obstacles Tori Roloff is up against, but we are praying and believing for her and her family! Will you be praying for this family?
