Tragedy Strikes When Vacationing Couple Plummet Over Cliff After Horse-Drawn Carriage Accident

April 12, 2018

Rosalyn Few and Normand Larose from Phoenix, Arizona, decided to take a relaxing vacation and fulfill a lifelong dream of visiting Ireland, not knowing their dream was about to turn into a nightmare.

During their trip, they decided to take a romantic horse-drawn carriage ride through the beautiful area of Killarney. Their family came along with them, but the others, including their grandchildren, were riding in the carriage behind them.

No one knows what happened to spook the horse at the Gap of Dunloe, but the horse raced away, and the couple were flung from the safety of their carriage. Unfortunately, Rosalyn and Normand fell down a 20 feet deep gorge, landing on the rocks below.

Neither one of the couple survived the fall, and the horse was later euthanized. Police are trying desperately to discover the cause of this horrific incident, and hope to find a way to prevent later tragedies like this one.

Please pray for their loved ones as they face their loss, as they will be sorely missed by all who were fortunate enough to have them in their lives.

This is a horrible story, and we know that sometimes we need a reminder of the good in the world at a time like this, so be sure to check out the video below!
