On Friday, the country music industry was hit with the devastating news of one incredibly talented and beloved individual’s passing.
The country music band, the Railers, is mourning the unexpected passing of their former bandmate, 34-year-old Tyler Oban.
According to Fox News, his cause of death has not yet been revealed.
The band members took to their official Facebook page to make the heartbreaking announcement to their fans, starting with addressing his deepest loves and what made him most happy in life:
It is with the heaviest of hearts that we must announce the passing of our former bandmate, Tyler Oban. Tyler was a brilliant, kind, thoughtful spirit and loved his family, deep conversations, helping others realize their potential, being out on the lake, and his hometown football team, the Indianapolis Colts.”
They continued with their adoration for him: “He was one of our closest friends for many years and was more like a brother to us than just a business partner and bandmate. We cannot express our profound sorrow or comprehend the purpose behind the loss of this gentle spirit, but we ask that you give his family and the three of us time to mourn and reflect on the many years we were able to stand beside him.”
They finished the post with a final goodbye: “We love you Tyty and believe with absolute certainty we meet again someday.”
Following the breaking of the news, fans poured in their memories and sentiments as well.
One fan posted: “Go rest high on that mountain #TylerOban #keepthemusicplaying in heaven. Love and prayers to Tyler’s friends and family. #rip #loveandprayers”
Please keep this band, along with the Oban friends and family, in your prayers during this difficult time.
